Deposit Required to Register: There is a $5,000 deposit required to be approved at time of registration. Please plan accordingly.

Bidding Closes: Thursday, April 8, 2010, at 3 PM ET

Removal: Storage fees will transfer to the purchaser once the high bid has been approved. Storage and/or removal will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Motley’s Payment Terms: An immediate 10% deposit must be made once the high bid has been approved. Remaining amount due must be paid within 3 business days. Any physical payments must be made at 4402 West Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23230. No payments will be taken at the asset location. Payment is accepted by cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or Visa/MasterCard/Discover. No personal or business checks accepted without a Bank Letter of Guarantee on original bank letterhead (see sample below).

Sample Bank Letter of Guarantee: This irrevocable letter of guarantee will guarantee checks made payable to Motley’s Auction & Realty Group and is issued to _________ (customer’s name) who is a customer of this bank. This bank will guarantee unconditional payment to Motley’s Auction & Realty Group on account #_______ up to the amount of $__________.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: A buyer’s premium of 10% will be charged.
