Bidding Closes: Tuesday, March 16, 2010, beginning at 3 PM ET
Items Located: 2040 Westmoreland Street, Richmond, Virginia 23230
Inspection: Monday, March 15th, 2010, 1 PM - 4 PM.
Removal: Removal is March 18th & March 19th by appointment only between the hours of 9 AM - 4 PM. All items remaining will be considered abandoned after 4 PM, Friday, March 19th. Please bring you paid receipt with you for pickup.
Motley’s Payment Terms: Payment is accepted by cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or Visa/MasterCard/Discover. No personal or business checks accepted without a Bank Letter of Guarantee on original bank letterhead (see sample below). Payment Due by 4 PM on Wednesday, March 17th. No Exceptions. There is a $75/day Late Payment Fee if the outstanding balance is not paid for in full by the close of business on the Wednesday following the sale (March 17th). If no contact is made by the buyer by the close of business on Wednesday, March 17th, we will automatically process the payment on the credit card that was provided at registration.
Sample Bank Letter of Guarantee: This irrevocable letter of guarantee will guarantee checks made payable to Motley’s Auction & Realty Group and is issued to _________ (customer’s name) who is a customer of this bank. This bank will guarantee unconditional payment to Motley’s Auction & Realty Group on account #_______ up to the amount of $__________.
Buyer’s Premium: A 13% buyer’s premium will be charged for each lot purchased.
Handling Fee: An additional 3% handling fee is in effect. A discount of 3% will be applied for each account paid for on time according to Motley’s Payment Terms, and paid for by cash, cashier’s check, check with Bank Letter of Guarantee, or wire transfer.
