Asset Inspections:

•Items included in this auction are those assets deemed to be operational or serviceable.

Removal: PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE SECTION.
•At the request of the Seller, only Protech Mechanical may be utilized to coordinate asset removal. Contact Protech directly to coordinate at 704.663.1721 or pam@protechnc.net
•Removal may commence once full auction payment is received by Motley’s and the load out fees have been paid by purchaser directly to Protech.
•Load-out fees specified are for items in the current condition. Special packaging services such as palletizing, boxing, & crating (if needed) are also available from Protech at an additional expense.
•Due to insurance, liability, and security concerns, only select transportation vendors have been cleared by the Seller to transport assets from their property. Do not plan to pick-up purchases from the facility using your own vehicle(s). Protech can arrange, at an additional expense, to have purchases transferred to an off-site location for customer pick-up using their own vehicle(s)

•Removal and transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
•All items must be removed from the facility by May 26, 2010. After this date storage charges fees will accrue and the items may be deemed abandoned.
Motley’s Payment Terms:
•Invoices will be sent to the buyer’s registration email address by the morning following the close of the auction. Full payment is due within 24 hours of invoicing. No Exceptions.
•There is a $75/day Late Payment Fee if the outstanding balance is not paid for in full within 24 hours of invoicing. If no contact is made by the buyer by this deadline, we will automatically process the payment on the credit card that was provided at registration.
•If you plan to make purchases at other auctions associated with this event, you must place a minimum 25% deposit of your purchases for each auction.
•Payment is accepted by cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or Visa/MasterCard/Discover. No personal or business checks accepted without a current Bank Letter of Guarantee on original bank letterhead (see sample below)
•Sample Bank Letter of Guarantee: This irrevocable letter of guarantee will guarantee checks made payable to Motley’s Auction & Realty Group and is issued to _________ (customer’s name) who is a customer of this bank. This bank will guarantee unconditional payment to Motley’s Auction & Realty Group on account #_______ up to the amount of $__________.
Buyer’s Premium: 13% buyer’s premium will be charged for each lot purchased.
Handling Fee: An additional 3% handling fee is in effect. A discount of 3% will be applied to each account paid for on time according to Motley’s Payment Terms, and paid for by cash, cashier’s check, check with Bank Letter of Guarantee, or wire transfer.
